cooling spray with essential oils

By Jillian

Too much fun in the sun?

Being in the sun is fun, but it’s also hot! Give your skin the cooling sensation it desires with this simple spray.

Do outdoor BBQ’s cause you to sweat?
Does your face turn an embarrassing red color during outdoor activities?
Are you generally HOT (and I don’t mean attractive)?

Summer is not your best season. And I’m right there with ya.

I love Summer…well the idea of Summer. I love longer days, swimming pools and tans. I love playing at the beach with my kids, driving with the windows down and not having to scurry kids off to school.

As much as I love Summer, it does not love me back!

I’m the girl at the BBQ with a red face, slightly sweating, wishing she could get a whiff of AC to cool down.

At least I was.

Now I have a secret weapon.

And now, you do too.

Enjoy!
